Our balconies have been installed in the UK now for over a decade and they continue to bring the same benefits to those properties that they did when they were installed.  We expect this to be the case for many generations to come. 

Balcony enclosures are virtually maintenance free and provide protection to the main fabric of your building.  Social housing, particularly high rise, suffer enormously from damage caused by pigeons - a balcony enclosure will solve that problem!
