We acknowledge that a balcony enclosure is not for everyone and have therefore developed an open balcony solution which is both stunning in appearance, practical and a quality system.
We have installed our open balconies, WinRail, on projects where they are the only balcony solution and also on projects where they sit alongside balcony enclosures. These installations have been very successful.
Our open balcony system can also be used in public areas such as communal walkways and rooftop terraces. Made from durable materials the balconies are prefabricated in our factory which ensures consistency in quality of our system across your whole project. Our high levels of quality control and compliance with building regulations make the choice of a Windoor balcony a good one.
