Our process has several elements: quotation, order, survey, technical drawings, approval, factory manufacture, shipping, delivery to our warehouse and finally installation.
Your Quotation
Just send us the plans or glazing schedule of your project or some approximate dimensions and we will provide you with a free no obligation quotation.
Arrange an appointment to come and meet with one of our experienced technical sales team to view the products and discuss all the options for your project.
The sales team are based in our Twickenham office and showroom, we also have a showroom in our Norwich warehouse facility and appointments here can also be arranged.
We also exhibit our products at various exhibitions around the UK throughout the year.
At Sunparadise we are proud to operate a policy of 'no hidden extras' so your quotation will ordinarily include for; supply and delivery, technical drawings, appropriate sills and regulation Low-E toughened or laminated glass.
Please be aware that many of our competitors do not always include these in their quotations.
We do offer a range of additional options for handles, finishes, glass and blinds and your dedicated sales advisor will be happy to provide prices and answer any questions you may have on these alternative specifications.
To ensure the price we give you is as accurate as possible we prefer to have all probable project specification details worked into your quotation prior to order, this also helps us expedite service.
Our quotations separate out product and installation price to give a clear breakdown of cost, due to the technical nature of our products we do however normally recommend that only Sunparadise, or an officially approved distributor, carry out the work.
Placing Your Order
If you wish to place an order, simply sign and return the ‘acceptance of quotation’ form attached to your final quotation. Once we receive this and your initial deposit your project goes ‘live’.
Your Project
Once your project goes ‘live’ the process begins. Each projects differing specification need to be taken into account in regard to lead time, however average timelines are as follows:
We are hugely proud of our lead times and go to great lengths to ensure that your bespoke product reaches you as quickly as possible, it is also as important that it is the right product to the correct sizes so when quoting these lead times it is assumed that response to those elements which need checking and approval are also executed as quickly as possible by the client and or builder/architect.
Full service including survey, technical drawings and installation on doors and windows = 7-9 weeks
Full service including survey, technical drawings and engineering checks in Switzerland, and installation on Monoslide, roof glazing or curtain walling = 10-12 weeks
No survey (Nominated Dimensions), with technical drawings and installation on doors and windows = 6-8 weeks
No survey (Nominated Dimensions) with technical drawings and engineering checks in Switzerland, and installation on roof glazing and curtain walling = 9-11 weeks
No survey, no technical drawings, installation on doors & windows = 5 weeks
We are also very happy to source and provide you with a huge range of non-standard options bespoke to your project. Please note that some of these non-standard options will have an implication on your lead times, ordinarily these can be expected to be as follows, however please clarify with your sales consultant at time of order:
Additional time for blinds = 1-2 weeks for manual, 3-4 weeks for motorised
Additional time for switchable glass = on application
Additional time for heated glass = on application
